		<description>I am sure that the cost of providing services to the motorists on these roadways hasn&#039;t reduced any so are we to expect that the entity running the roadway should reduce the cost to the motorists and pull out of it&#039;s pocket the remainder of the cost that isn&#039;t covered because they reduced the price that the motorists pay?</description>
