		<description>Good work James promoting dunken driving and the fact that increased speeds must not do anything because the fatality rates are lower leaving out the dozen other facts for why fatalities are really down. Trying to say that the 13,000 fatality rate attributed to alcohol should really be a few hundred less than that really does not mean a thing to me.  12,000 vs 13,000 does not mean a thing if far too many deaths are happening because of alcohol.  How many are permanently disabled?</description>
