The three things you mention are all different, and some work (Roundabouts), while others don't (Rotaries and Traffic Circles). I apologize if this seems pedantic, but it can be an important point for getting buy-in from the public, if they know that the new Roundabout is not just the same kind of underperforming or unsafe traffic circle they've experienced before.
