I agree on the need for both, as Florida's roads are horrendous and drivers are rude. But when I typed in the website listed in the brochure (www.taketheleadflorida.com) there was nothing there but sponsored links to businesses. Now, this brochure was funded by: FDOT, the Highway Safety & Education Foundation and the "Natl. Campaign". If you look for the other group (Highway Safety) they don't really exist either. Apparently all these organizations were funded by a provision of the Highway Bill, and exist for the benefit of no one but whoever is at the helm, collecting a paycheck, FROM US, the taxpayers!
