Surefire way of being out in 15 minutes or less guaranteed. Step 1. Go on Friday Step 2. Go 15 to 30 mins before closing. I`ve tried this in Florida, Virginia, DC, Maryland and Pennsylvania. They are just like us. They want to go home on time. What would be stopping them??? Yes you guessed it. YOU! So what will they do to get you out? Type faster or whatever they need to do to get you out. In the States I mentioned, the DMV closes at 5:00pm. I get there 15 to 30 mins before closing each time I`ve walked out before 5:00pm Guaranteed. TRY IT! you will not be disappointed. P.S. Never go on Monday, in the morning or after lunch. Monday- No one wants to be there hence slow service and bad customer service. Morning- No coffee, not fully rested = bad attitude and slow, sloppy work. Lunch- Full stomach means slow, sloppy work. But on Friday, 15 to 30 mins before closing= Less than 15 min wait. I promise In reference to spending less time in DMV lines.
