		<description>I have to admit, this particular article was really more balanced than some in the past.  Larry (and even F-Dot) doesn&#039;t really buy the safety argument.  They shouldn&#039;t, it is not done for safety.

Maybe there is hope still.  I think so.  Bad laws eventually do go away, the 55 did.</description>
