My friend who is a very good driver and always abserves speed limit recently got the flashbulb test at an intersection in Delaware. It's the last light before entering onto Rt 1 for the beaches off of Dupont Hwy Rt 13S. She says the light was yellow very briefly and that she and another car both got their picture taken. How do you get the light timed and recorded for court purposes? And if one were to time it on their own how would you advise doing it for legal purposes?

Owasso oklahoma 74055 at the intersections of hwy 169 and hwy 20 and at the next intersection to the west have a one and a half second yellow light and the officers are writing tickets left and right .
this should be the same as entrapment?
if you are in the middle of a turn and the light turns yellow you cannot make it out of the intersection in one and a half seconds.
My wife was ticketed there this morning and had a car following her at the turn and the police officer gave only her a ticket not the car behind her the went thru after her.

... I was watching the crosswalk timer to make sure I had time when I approached the intersection. When the crosswalk hits zero in a 45mph zone there should be enough time to go from crosswalk to the other side of the intersection before it turns to red at 45 mph.

In Mesa, AZ. there was less than a second from green to red on the west bound Southern/Gilbert intersection. How do I know because it turned straight to red at the end of the crosswalk flasher no yellow time for me or pedestrians to rush out of the street.

I too got a red light ticket for turning right at Randall Road and 62 even though there is a right turn arrow - the picture with my ticket shows southbound cars turning left onto Randall Road continuing to proceed so obviously the light had just changed from orange and the speed limit is 50. Am wondering if I should fight it or pay it. Sounds like the Village has the upper hand here and $100 is better than a day off work and $100 plus $40 court costs. Any ideas or suggestions?
