They all have their pluses and minuses. These are some of the models: V1,Beltronics STi, Escort X50, Escort "original" 8500, Whistler Pro 78, Bel 995, Escort 9500i, Bel 970, and hopefully the brand new Escort Redline in the near future. I have also tested different GPS's such as the Garmin, Tom Tom, Magellan, and Jensen. I own an x band radar gun, k band radar,2 ka band radars, one laser speed gun, an old VG-2 Interceptor RDD (radar detector-detector) and a newer Spectre 2 RDD (radar detector-detector). Detectors are radio receivers, which the Act says the Government cannot ban.
