But the hydrogen economy is already booming in Europe since 2004 people... Mercedes has a FLEET of hydrogen buses running in multiple European countries. And BMW has had a 7 series that burns pure hydrogen for a while now too. It&#039;s only the US who is always playing catchup to the CULTURED society of Europe.</description>

		<description>Interesting post on the BMW 335d.  Just curious - how firm is the predicted base price of $42,000?  Does that include any options, or is the price just for the base E90, plus the diesel engine?  And, I assume, the required automatic transmission?</description>

		<description>If my 2.7T twin turbo V6 Audi can get 25-30mpg then the BMW TT V6 should easily be able to get 38-40. Considering the old Merc E diesel could get 30-33, but cost WAY too much at over 50g.</description>
